When Jesus saw the crowds, he had compassion for
them, because they were harassed and helpless, like

Here in Houghton and Kingmoor on the northern outskirts of Carlisle, we have been praying for many years about new opportunities for proclaiming the gospel of Jesus and how best to ensure this continues into the future.
Following prayerful reflection, North Carlisle Christian Ministry has been set up to support training and employment for Christian ministry. Our hope and prayer is that God uses it to raise funds for gospel work in this Parish and the surrounding area for many years to come.
